Having recently been supplied with two Phonak hearing aids I feel I must thank you for all you have done to make my visits to Broom Reid & Harris an extremely pleasant experience.

I have been a hearing aid user for more than fifty years and I must say that these Phonak hearing aids have, by far, given me the best results I have ever had.

I have also been very impressed by your kind and helpful approach. I wish you and your staff much success in your efforts to assists the hard of hearing.
